Jason Petti holds a BS, MS, and PhD in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois. He has held numerous technical staff and manager positions in a 21+ year professional career (so far). He has worked with a diverse set of engineers, scientists, IT professionals, business analysts, quality professionals, HR and many more. He has conducted and organized interviews across a wide range of these disciplines. In parallel, Jason has worked as a college recruiter for over 15 years, and has led a large recruiting team for over 5 years. He has reviewed thousands of resumes and conducted hundreds career discussions with students. In addition, to this hands-on real life experience, Jason has formalized training in Career Coaching.
